1. Strict Return & Refund Policy

Seafood spoils very quickly. Because of this, we have a very strict return policy to ensure food safety:

• You must check your entire order while the delivery rider is still at your door.
• If there is an issue with the quality or order accuracy, simply return the package to the rider immediately.
• Once the delivery rider leaves your premises, we will not accept any returns, complaints, or issue any refunds.

2. Delivery & Payment Rules

• All product prices and delivery fees are calculated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include service charges.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly only available for customers in Karachi.
• Out-of-City Orders: If you are ordering from any city other than Karachi, we require 100% advance payment. Your seafood will be securely packed in ice and shipped to your nearest bus stop. We will provide you with all the details related to your pickup.
• While we always try to deliver on time, bad weather or supply issues from the harbor might occasionally cause delays.

3. Website Usage & Accounts

• If you make an account on our website, please keep your password safe. You are responsible for any orders placed under your account.
• Google Login: We offer Google Sign-In for your convenience. We strictly follow Google's policies and will never misuse your linked account data or share it with anyone else.
• Do not try to hack, disrupt, or post fake information on our website. We reserve the right to ban users who abuse the platform.

4. General Details

• We do our best to make sure product descriptions and prices are accurate, but we reserve the right to fix mistakes or update prices without warning.
• Fresh Fish by Huzaifa is not legally responsible for any unexpected damages or third-party failures outside of our direct control.
• These terms follow the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disagreements will be settled in the city of Karachi.
