We deliver across major areas in Pakistan. Our delivery charges are dynamically calculated based on your total order value and your exact location during checkout. We frequently offer free delivery or discounted rates for orders exceeding our specific cart thresholds.

Basic cleaning is included. However, specific premium cutting requests (like boneless fillets, precise steaks, or specialized prep) may incur a small additional processing fee per kilogram. These options and any associated fees are clearly displayed on the product page before you add to cart.

Unless an item is strictly labeled as "Net Weight" (like our ready-to-cook boneless options), you are purchasing the fish based on its gross weight (the weight of the whole fish before cleaning). Once the fish is cleaned, scaled, and cut according to your preference, the final net weight will naturally be reduced by 15% to 35% depending on the species and cut.

We offer maximum convenience by accepting multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, and secure online debit/credit card payments via PayFast and AlfaPay.

Because our seafood is freshly prepared and cut specifically for your order, you can only cancel or modify it before its status changes to "Processing." Once our team has started processing and cutting your fish, the order cannot be canceled.
