We take pride in cutting and cleaning your seafood exactly how you want it. Take a look at the different ways we can prepare your fish and prawns before you order.
Fish Cutting Options
Full Fish (Whole)
This is the fish just as it is caught. It comes untouched with the head, tail, fins, scales, and insides still there.
Cleaned Whole Fish
We Remove Fin ,Tail, Clean From Inside And Head Present
No Head, Cleaned Inside
We chop off the head and clean out the insides Fins Removed. The skin and scales are left on the body.
Fish Steaks (Round Slices)
We cut the fish horizontally into thick, round slices. These slices have the center bone left in them.
Skinless Fillets
You get two side pieces of fish with the skin taken off and all bones removed.
Boneless Cubes
Clean fish meat with no bones, cut into roughly 3-inch square pieces.
Fish Fingers
Clean, boneless fish meat cut into long, thin strips, ready to make finger fish.
Prawn Preparation
Whole Prawns (Uncleaned)
Prawns just as they come from the sea, with the head, shell, tail, and legs still on.
Headless with Shell On
We pull the head off, but we leave the rest of the shell and the tail intact.
Cleaned, Tail Left On
We peel off the shell and remove the back vein, but keep the tail on to look nice for frying or presentation.
Fully Peeled & Cleaned
Completely cleaned prawns with no shell, no tail, and no back vein. These are ready for cooking.
