Important Notice on Meat Yield Please note that prices are based on the whole fish weight. Once the fish is cleaned and expertly transitioned into boneless cuts (removing the head, tail, fins, skin, and skeleton), the final usable portion is reduced.

You Receive (Net Boneless Meat):

  • 1 kg Whole Fish = approx 300–320 g net meat.
  • 2 kg Whole Fish = approx 600–650 g net meat. (Yield may vary slightly depending on the specific fish type and body structure.)
